"I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The “included breakfast” was terrible, there were only basic cereals and bread, nothing like what you would expect. The room smelled really bad, making it uncomfortable to stay. Honestly, this is not a hotel, it feels more like a low-quality motel. The place is poorly maintained, unclean. On top of that, they charge a $100 holding fee that is NOT disclosed on Expedia, which is very misleading and dishonest."

"This hotel was renovated in late 2024, so it has a relatively ne feel to it. The rooms are well thought out but like many in this hotel class, they use the open spaces design, so no drawers anywhere. The rooms do not have a coffee maker, but they offer 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The free breakfast is continental, with a dispenser for a locally made vanilla yogurt."

"Rooms are extremely dirty and outdated. Pillows had severe yellow staining, bathroom door wouldn’t close, AC and TV were inoperable. Mystery stains on shower curtains. Although the staff was very friendly and the exterior of the property looks well maintained, the rooms are extremely dirty and in need of some TLC. It hurts me to leave a bad review, but I would not recommend staying here. "

"Great stay for our time in Nashville. However we were not provided proper information about the hotel during check in. We didn’t know the hotel served food, has access to a nearby gym for workouts, and wasn’t provided our drink vouchers upon check-in. Otherwise, the staff is nice and the rooms are great."

"A/C kept going on and off. When it wasn't on, it got humid and a little warm in the room. Fridge did not work. Knob to adjust temp was stripped. Toilet was probably 18" high! No kidding! There was coffee service in the room but no coffee. Clean hotel! Breakfast was a bit boring but ok. Staff in breakfast room was SO NICE."

"This place is great. Stay here!! Nice pool. Big property. Nice gym. Close convenience store. PROBLEM: They should be ashamed to ask people for money for breakfast. Such a disgrace for $10 or whatever it is. So don’t buy breakfast!!"
