We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! From the moment we checked in with the gentleman in Reception, to all staff members we met during our stay, they couldnt have been more welcoming, helpful or efficient. "the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over.. The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us."
