Villas in Côtes-d'Armor

"Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit zwei Familien gebucht und hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit dort. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Besonders positiv war die naturnahe Lage, die für Ruhe und Entspannung sorgt.Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, was wir als unangenehm empfunden haben. Durch die Lage inmitten der Natur begegnet man häufiger Spinnen und auch Mäusen,...

"Jeannine and Pierre - Yves are charming and kind hosts. The Gite was spotless, extremely well furnished and equipped. looks even better than the photos. The garden is pretty with both sunny and shaded areas with lots of tables, chairs and a BBQ. The beach is only about 100mt away and one of nicest we have seen in Europe. Less than a 10 minute walk to the village centre with a great boulangerie and other shops bars etc.We would highly recommend this property."

"Super house in a great location. Lovely inside, super bright veranda kitchen that lets you keep an eye on the kids outside while enjoying an aperitif with the parents! The swimming pool was spotless, great when it's a bit hot in the afternoon. Thanks to Sandrine for her warm welcome!"

"La maison et la vue sont aussi exceptionnelles que l hôtesse n'en est pas une.Suite à une incompréhension nous n avions pas les draps qu il nous fallait ( car non les lits ne sont pas faits et oui il faut indiquer à l avance quels draps nous voulons).Je vous passe les échanges mais bien que des draps soient disponibles nous n avons pas eu le droit de les utiliser.La communication a été désastreuse et le ton des échanges inadaptés.Donc oui c est formidable d avoir une telle maison mais la notion...

"Belle maison de bord de plage avec un jardin ( un peu négligé ) mais il fait le job.On a eu le plaisir d' y séjourner aux grandes marées, un beau spectacle.Très bel intérieur, belle déco, cuisine très fonctionnelle ( juste les poêles qui sont datées et aucun ustensile pour les fruits de mer).On a survécu !!!Hôte très réactif. Je recommande. "
