"First all inclusive resort I stayed in and it looked way better in person. 5 stars for sure would definitely do it again! "

"The pools are to small for that amount of people, the pool chairs were in terrible condition, and squized together, no space for rest and peace, only one bar and bathroom for all the pools, the showers are too far from the beach, next to the beach no toilets, resort is too small in my opinion, nowhere to walk and enjoy wvacation, we booked partial ocean view U, and we got terrible view from window, in bathrooms no toothbrush, tooth paste or balm etc which is always fot guest for the start, also we had to ask for minibar alnd towels all the time, they only gave 2 towels for 2 people, and what about hair etc? Pluses are: the cleaning ladies, waiters etc were very nice and polite, food was average to be honest. Biggest plus is that the hotel is not old and it is clean, but they should work on a few stuff. The stay was ok but unfortunatelly I didn liked it and wont come again cud the beach was very bad and small it was not what I expected"

"I'm sure this is a lovely resort, but we were unable to go because the Cartel and Mexican police were at war the day before our arrival. We called this resort and a rep named Cole advised us not to come b/c violence was only 5 miles away. He said Hilton made a blanket decision that all cancellations would receive a 100% refund. Three weeks later, we still haven't seen a dime. Expedia is dragging their feet saying the hotel will not return their calls and emails for approval. I find that hard to believe. My only choice is to share with others about this horrible Expedia experience."

"This hotel is really good. The staff is amazing, Reina at the front desk, Claudia at the coffee shop and Chef Ernesto really tried their best to make us feel appreciated. I like the food variety at the Buffet. There are 4 restaurants and tge food was good. Overall everything was great. The only things I would improve are the recreation activities and the rooms need a makeover. However everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend this hotel"
