"This place was nice outside and in. Beds comfort better than most places. Breakfast was ok but just cool quick food. Rooms were clean. Probably only complaints were we were 69 and 84 on second floor with no elevator. And the walls seemed mighty thin cause you could hear noise from other rooms. It wasn't terrible but some people playing TV at midnight. They had a nice looking miniature golf on property but cost 15 for an adult. Thought it should have been cheaper for people staying there."

So much thought has gone into this property. Jim was very responsive with any and all questions and/or concerns we had. We would love to stay again. r"

"This is a great cabin in West Virginia! Right on the Cheat River! The rocking chairs on the porch are phenomenal... I just wanted to sit there all day and read my book! The cabin was clean and fully stocked....not your run of the mill vacay house with 3 forks, 2 crappy knives and 8 spoons! TV apps and Internet services were great. Spent the evening at the fire pit by the river to end our day! Will definitely be back!"

"Very clean. Host was very accommodating and communicative. The stairs are steeper than they look, not suited for elderly or anyone remotely nervous about heights. The decks were very nice. No AC upstairs, but there are windows/door that can be opened and a fan. Was able to let the dog roam free in the yard unsupervised without worry. Overall, would absolutely stay with this host again - but the other property without stairs if bringing the dogs."

"A good three bedroom cottage within Northpoint community near Davis WV. Interiors are well maintained. Basement bedroom and bathroom looks new and renovated. Exteriors and roofing needs repair but we didn’t face any issues."
