She hasn't try to reach me on the app for the check-in and when I did..no response on the app and the phone number was wrong. So no way to tell her the hour of arriving. When the people from the app helped us with the right number. She responded like we were mistaken and then when I said her name, she confirmed and then no...

"Other than the cranky building attendant and an elevator charge of 10 cents both ways, the apartment was small yet delightful with old world charm.High ceilings with individual room environment system to keep it the right temperature. Doors and stairs are amazingly old and beautiful. Check in process was slow responses and was limited to Italian language only."

"Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spacious, super clean and comfortable. Convenient location, in the old town, close to the metro, shops, restaurants and cafes. The only negative point was having to pay 20 cents every time you need the lift. Helpful and responsive owner. It was nice to find cold water and pods for our coffee when we arrived. We loved this apartment and totally recommend it! "
