"The hotel was fantastic, the person working the front desk when we arrived was named Jay and they were excellent in handling our hotel needs as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the events on the city that was drawing in guests. Jay even remembered us and our planned trip to the aquarium the following day. There was apparently a big power outage while we were gone and Jay immediately informed us about it and was calm and collected and handled everything extremely well. I work as a supervisor in customer service and if I could clone Jay I would, they were so amazing and the stay wouldn't have been the same without them."

"From the minute we walked in the door the staff was amazing and took great care of us all weekend. If you're looking for luxury this isn't your place, if you're looking for charm, and convenience in a clean big place with comfy beds this is it! I highly recommend the beachfront view rooms."

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a nice experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was included, and parking was easy with no issues. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and it was a nice place to stay for our vacation. The only downside was that it was a little loud at times and one sheet had blood stains."
