Anchors Away at Port A is a newly built Townhome, conveniently located on Anchor Drive in the Heart of Port A. This delightfully decorated beach home has 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, sleeps 12 guests comfortably, and comes with a 6-passenger golf cart for your entire stay. Did we mention it's also a short 1-minute walk to the shared pool? And the included golf cart makes getting to the beach fast and fun.

Enter on the first floor to the flight of stairs that take you straight up to the open floor plan of the dining, kitchen, and living area.
The whole family can enjoy each other's company no matter what the activity.
The kitchen with sleek new stainless-steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and both a drip-style coffee maker and a Keurig. This kitchen is a dream to prepare meals in. The ample dining table has seating for 9, there are 3 barstools at the kitchen bar.
The living area has a comfy sectional sofa that can sleep two, or 3 side chairs, a coffee table, lamps, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
Down the hall to the left is BA1) a full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo. Across the hall is BD2) with a queen-sized bed, nightstands, lamps, a closet, and a TV. At the end of the hall is BD3) this room has a set of queen-sized bunk beds, a closet, and a TV.
Back to the living area and up the stairs to the third level.
Here you will find another living area with a coffee bar with a Keurig, a small fridge, a bar sink, a large sectional sofa, a game table with 4 chairs, a TV with WIFI, and various board games to play.
Down the hall to the left is the half bath. At the end of the hall is BD4) the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a closet, a small chest to put all your beach attire, TV, and WIFI. The ensuite BA2) full master bath is very spacious with double sinks, a drop-down countertop area with a seat to pamper yourself, and a large tiled walk-in shower with 2 shower heads.
There is also a small private balcony off the bedroom to enjoy time outside and catch that ocean view.
Speaking of time outside, step outside the 2nd living room door to the 3rd-floor balcony porch. Sit up here and watch the sun come up out of the ocean in the mornings... It's an amazing gulf water view from this balcony, complete with a small table and chairs and a bench seat.
Travel down the stairs to the second level porch, this is the one off the kitchen, you will find an outdoor table that will seat 6 and other chairs.
Down again to the 1st-floor yard area, here is a picnic-style table, another table with 4 chairs, a charcoal grill, and a beautiful relaxing location.
You also have access to the garage from here where you will find a full-size washer & dryer, beach chairs, toys, and a cornhole game for your use during your stay. The garage also offers a 220v Electric Vehicle charging outlet (You will have to bring your own adapter).
BD1) is located through a door off the backyard. It has a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a Keurig, a closet, TV, and WIFI. The ensuite BA3) full bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and there is also a locking door that leads to the garage for access outside.
