Texas Vacation

Place was clean, close to shopping centers, stores, gas stations and grocery stores. Place was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood it had a lot of room in the house extra blankets and towels.

Cute place!

Overall very cute and clean. The neighborhood has a stinky sulfur smell, that I was unaware of beforehand, which limited the outdoor sitting time I had envisioned. Overall would recommend this house, but would advise clients to beware the lagoon smell.

Good family rental house

Good house close to the ocean and tucked away from tourist traps in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was good except communication from Padres Escapes. They requested personal identification through text or email. This is not a safe practice and required locating their office to rectify.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue we ran into was the up straits central AC not working on the last two days. We followed all the rules and kept the temperature no lower then 72•. For some reason on Saturday night the unit turned off and stopped working. Temperature reached a very uncomfortable 79•-82• and we were forced to sleep in the downstairs living room. Was definitely and inconvenience and I notified the booking agency as soon as it happened.

Graduation Weekend

Overall the house suited our needs. The large area downstairs is great for gatherings. The houses are very close together and getting a breeze of the bay was not possible. There is a fan but during the summer it’s very hot. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking for our group. Location is conveniently located close to HEB which is a plus. Travel to downtown and Padre Island is very easy. Overall, the house was great for our group and it was great to have all of us staying together. The property manager was not fully aware all the amenities and was not able to answer questions related to the property, I asked about the grill listed on the details and was informed that there was no grill at this property, there was. I realize they manage many properties but I would expect them to have details available about each home that is accurate.
