Hidden gem in Fulton, Tx

Enjoy a relaxing family home just 2 blocks from the water, in a quiet area of Fulton. The living area has a spacious open floor plan with plenty of seating. A long patio runs the full length of the house, for children to play on or adults to relax on. The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Two comfortable bedrooms have queen size beds; TV in master. There are two full bathrooms; one attached to master with plenty of linens for both. There is an extra room in rear of house with bunk beds and washer and dryer. The sleeper sofa in the living room also has a queen size bed for extra guests. The large fenced yard is available to put your boat in, and has lots of large oaks for shade. We've enjoyed the house for many of our retirement years with our family, and know you will too. The swimming beach--a Blue Wave beach and pavilions (see pictures), are located in Rockport and is only 6-7 minutes (3 miles) away by car. It is good for smaller children, with small waves and shallow depth, compared to Padre Island. From the house, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Fulton waterfront park and fish from the bank. There is a public fishing pier near the house in Fulton and another in Rockport, near downtown. The rear cottage is currently occupied and the person keeps to themself and wont disturb you.
