Place was pretty good. Spent 40min on the phone with VRBO trying to get my check in instructions before getting to the place only to find out you check in at a front desk. Had a very rude encounter with one of the employees that changed my feel on if I would go back to this property. Beach was nice and town was good overall

Lots of fun, amenities upgrade needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was fine and we had a lot of fun. We were there three nights and the maids never stopped by. We were told we had to return our bath towels to housekeeping downstairs to get new ones. We also had to take our own trash out. Not a huge deal, but sort of annoying when you are paying for housekeeping in the price, but are still doing the work. They also never had any ice which was super inconvenient. Overall, Gulfstream is close to the beach and has what you need to have a good weekend, there’s just nothing fancy about it!

Not my favorite

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was good and the bed was bad. A week of nightly pain sleeping on a couch that was worn out years ago. Gulfstream has a low standard when it come to guest comfort.
