"Becky at the front desk remembered some important details from our stay. She made sure I had a gluten-free option at breakfast, and was very kind . Richard, who set up the breakfast was very accommodating with my food allergy. Another front desk employee (young man with longer hair) was always very helpful and remembered who we were. The room had some challenges with soap dispensers not working and previous guests clothes in closet, but they corrected all issues when brought to their attention."

"Was a nice work stay, they allowed me to check in early to get some work done. Early morning no coffee was ready, second day later morning was getting some push back for some coffee creamer and a larger cup. Was planning to go back to my room to finish up some emails before getting back on the road to Austin. My family and I use to live on North Padre Island so when I am back for work which should be once a month for two days at a time I enjoy staying here. All our friends are still on the Island and makes it a fun work trip to be able to have dinner at there house and enjoy the board walk. Will be back soon, hopefully a Large Cup of Coffee will not be such an issue. See you soon. Shawn"

"It’s a very nice hotel. We will come back. This experience was very different from our last. Out dated in the rooms. Simple fixes like torn curtains. Cracks. Only one piece amenities when you booked a suite. Chargers are not working in the desk anymore and my sister mentioned the same. We stayed in different rooms. Water stayed Hot in shower. Not sure what was going on there. I’m not a heat person. I like it on the cooler side. We used the pool this time. Lights stayed off. Guy kept closing restrooms. Early before it was closed. I believe someone complained and then they turned on lights and No towels had to ask for them. But he was there watching the area. I guess? We love it here though. Great people. First issues. We will be back. But housekeeping at 8/9 am is too early. Appreciated but early☺️"

"Perfect if you’re looking for something right on the beach and near great dining. Staff was exceptional- responsive and accommodating. We requested a later check-out time and it was no issue at all. Would definitely recommend and will be back!"

"We were not happy with the check-in; we were given a handicap room with no beach view. I paid for a corner beachfront view. So we ended up paying fifty dollars a night for a beach view. I was not happy. The receptionist said that's what you all gave us. Not happy at all."
