Welcome to Beach Heaven, a cozy studio in Corpus Christi that's perfect for summer sun-seekers and snowbirds looking to escape the winter chill. Beautiful Whitecap Beach is an easy stroll down the road, allowing to you to spend long, relaxing days surfing, kayaking, and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

This studio makes the ideal coastal getaway, with grounds that include a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a gas grill for your use. Head up to Mustang Island State Park for the day (seven miles), explore the local dining and entertainment options, or simply relax and enjoy the coastal breeze on your balcony.

After a day out and about, come home to sip cold drinks on the balcony or cool off indoors in the blissful central air conditioning. The studio is equipped with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a living room with a smart TV, a kitchen with every essential for preparing your own meals, and complimentary WiFi to keep you comfortable and connected.

There is no washer/dryer.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
