The complex features 2 lagoon pools with park grills for your use and a playground for the kids. Pirates Bay is just a 10 minute drive to the beach. Sun Castle is great for summer rentals, and Winter Texans will love the one story split bedroom plan. Sun Castle is smoke free, so please step outside to smoke. Pets are not allowed. This unit has parking for 2 cars, with required parking permits. Any additional cars will be towed, per the HOA. We are sorry, this is not a golf cart accessible property.
