The Space:

Welcome to Mimi's Place! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers a spacious, open living area that’s perfect for families or groups. As you enter, you’ll find a bright, sunlit dining space that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and a convenient desk area for catching up on work. Just beyond the kitchen is the inviting living room, which opens onto a private outdoor patio.



This light-filled condo features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Just off the living room, the first bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, patio access, and a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities. On the opposite side, the second bedroom also offers a queen bed, TV, patio access, and its own ensuite bath. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, there is so a full hallway bathroom and a washer and dryer located in the hallway as well.



Step outside onto the spacious private patio overlooking the golf course, where you can relax and take in peaceful views and even catch a distant glimpse of the ocean, just a 5-minute drive away. Guests also enjoy access to resort-style community amenities, including multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a golf course with a clubhouse. During the season, a trolley provides easy transportation to and from the beach, and valet service is available to assist with your beach gear. The community also hosts weekly activities like pool parties, t-shirt making, bingo, and more, ensuring fun for all ages. Whether you’re looking to unwind or stay active, Mimi’s Place is the perfect home base for your Outer Banks escape.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.



**Pets are welcome (one pet only) with a $150 pet fee added to your reservation.



**The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

The Currituck Club is a golf cart friendly community, There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive to from the home.



There is also public beach parking spaces (Currituck County Southern Beach Public Access) which are on a first come, first served basis. Typically you will find a spot if you arrive before 8:30am.



Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and the sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
