"This hotel was perfect for a little getaway with the kids. Room was stunning and amenities provided were great - we especially loved the nice touch of a little gift for the kids on our beds when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. I don’t think the heater was working properly - we had it at the highest temperature but it did little to warm the small room, even after being on for hours, and we were very cold. The TV wasn’t watchable as the image was constantly flickering. Seemed an issue with the screen rather than reception - it was still the same problem when we mirrored off our own device.
