First you need some kind of throw rugs next to the beds, those floors are COLD!!! 2ND the HEATER is way to loud and goes on and off Way TO OFTEN... made it almost impossible to sleep. Other than that it was a great place to stay.... thanks to the front desk..."

"Everything was perfect, except our checkin...but that was the fault of Travelocity. We changed our reservation and even paid a fee to Travelocity to do so, but they did not let Hampton Inn and Suites know about the change. Next time we will book directly with the hotel."
