Apraos Beachfront Studio

Apraos Beachfront Studio is the most unique and charming property of Corfu. Once a fishermen's refuge right on the sandy beach of Apraos/Kalamaki, this stone-built house has now been carefully renovated into a spectacular holiday home sleeping up to 2 guests. It retains its Rustic charm and provides direct access to the sea, offering the holiday experience of a lifetime. The beach of Apraos, on your doorstep, is the only sandy beach of the sought after north-east coast of Corfu and is a truly idyllic setting. Apraos offers a cluster of excellent restaurants and the lively Kassiopi is just 5 min drive away.



This detached cottage is open plan and offers a double bed (which can be made into twins), a compact kitchenette, a sea-facing dining area and a tiny yet functional bathroom with shower. Smart TV, wi-fi internet connection and air-conditioning are available for the guests free of charge. The views from the house are spectacular, and the gentle sound of the waves make for an unbelievably restful night.



Outside, private terraces and direct access to the sandy beach of Apraos are an incredible bonus. Guests can dine right on the water's edge, use the barbecue to prepare a delicious meal, or relax on the comfortable sunbeds whilst watching the boats passing by: Apraos Beachfront Studio will not disappoint! Parking space is also available for those guests traveling by car.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
