House on 2 levels, each with a terrace 25m above sea level, far view of the sea, Ile Rousse and the 2300 m high mountains. Descent to the sea on own property. Fully equipped with television and stereo system, telephone. Covered terrace in front of the living room, large sun umbrella on the lower terrace, loungers, indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace for grilling, secluded sunny area on the roof with shower, boules field between the house and the sea, outdoor shower, fixed parking space directly by the house. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas plates and an electric oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine. Well-kept garden on a slope to the sea.
