"Nice place..a little tricky to find.
Service first night good great breakfast...2nd night and breakfast not as professional.
Disappointing provision of toiletries....only enough for 1 first night and NONE 2nd night.....just the hand wash!!!
Comfortable bed and spacious room with good thoughtful provision of everything else."
"The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road.
We had a fabulous 3 days."
"It’s okay hotel if you don’t expect welcoming from them. It was hot in our room even they provided a little fan and oscillating fans but it was hot day. The shower is too hot to handle and so is the tap."
"Father and son stopover after two days of hiking during a long drive home. The Wellington Hotel was exactly what we needed — easy check‑in, no fuss, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, and a genuinely tasty breakfast that set us up for the rest of the journey. Simple, welcoming, and spot‑on. Highly recommended."
"Zoe and Parkside team were so helpful from the start throughout. Best accommodation I’ve stayed in for a while from hospitality to cleanliness. Can’t recommend here enough !"
