"Overall my stay was well. I had a bit of a mishap witha specific requested package but it was handled with care and much consideration. I really do appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I was underwhelmed with the property and more notably the shower which was super small in my opinion. I think given that specific area there is a bit of inflation in the prices for most things like parking accommodations etc however I did enjoy my stay. "

"Property is clean and i've stayed here several times in the past.
During my recent stay, i had to have stay to accomodate the expected passing of a family member. So, there was a newd for me to extend my stay beyond my initial reservation. After extending my stay at the front desk, i realized that the room rate for the extension signifiantly exceeded the previous day rate as well as current day rate on hotels.com.
When i requested an adjustment to the rate or cancellation of my reservation, i was told no and that it was "my fault" that i booked at the higher rate.
At the least, i could have been advised that the room rate was signifiantly different then my previous night stay along with other preferential rate offerings.
At the very least, very poor customer service that will result in me switching to a different property after today along with no intention to visit Denizen properties in the future.
