"Mattress kept slipping off the platform frame. Mattress was uncomfortable. Facility called and asked if we took a pillow. We informed them that we didn’t and had no need for their lumpy pillows. I will be very upset if I am charged for a pillow that I did not take"

"I booked a double-bed room with a private bathroom, but when I checked in around 10 p.m., I discovered the bathroom was shared with unknown guests in another room and, unbelievably, it had no door lock. The bathroom was terrible: the showerhead looked over 50 years old and sprayed water unpredictably, the shower area was too small for a six-foot person, and the sink inside the room drained extremely slowly. The lodge even provides earplugs because it is so noisy. Reception said no...

"At nearly $500 for the night I expected way more as my family generally stays at home2suites with much better results at a fraction of this, but guess it is all about location. Room was on the 4th floor and we had a very difficult time getting the kids asleep due to the very rowdy and loud group outside going well past 11 p.m. Breakfast was very poor considering the typical options offered at the other home2suites we have visited.
