"I am giving this hotel 3 stars because I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The balcony window in my room was completely covered by a tarp blocking the view and making the room feel dark and closed in. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Better communication about the renovations would have made the experience much better."

"The lady at the front desk was very helpful. At first was displeased about the room assigned, she immediately changed it. Offered us a microwave as she realized we were going to be staying couple of days. Breakfast was great with different options on each day. Air conditioner worked well wish there was a remote to control it though."

"Property appeared dated. Doors are dated, bathroom vanity old and chipped. You can hear noisy neighbours through the wall. Had to call front desk after 1am to ask them to ask them to keep it down. Took some time before noise subsided. Towels are not high quality. I’ve stayed at other Sandman hotel and this one did not meet the quality I expected."
