"There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short."

"Good central location which we stayed in twice on our recent trip to Central Australia. On the way up the room was above ground and near the road - a bit noisy overnight and we could hear the TV in the next room On the way back, the room was between the pool and the bistro and was much quieter. Beds were comfy, Bistro was very convenient for dinner (and yummy club food). The underground museum was very good and should be promoted more. Learned heaps about Opal mining, the history and...

"Good hotel. Disappointed we didn't have own kitchen. And the kitchen was super small for the amount of people using it"

"Kitchen equipment is poorly set up, no wine glasses, no bowls for salad or mixing, only 3 drinking glasses for a 5 bed accommodation, no extraction for cooking resulting in smoke alarm activation."

"The room is was large with a clean bed. Unfortunately the coffee cups had not been replaced with clean ones and the shower door was difficult to close as it was falling off the runner. Parking can be hard to find near your room door."
