"The staff has been cut back drastically. I’m sure it affects them and it def affects me as a customer of over 20 years. Check in was a nightmare! ZERO music during the day. No entertainment at all at night. This is NOT the Tamarjin I’ve known for 20 years . They do not care about return customers anymore. I won’t be going back there unfortunately. They have left a bad taste in my mouth for the first time in 20 years. "

"When I arrived the property was locked & there was no one to greet me or hand me the keys. I had to call the property number first and eventually someone arrived. The room was decent, clean, came with a bed, a/c, mini fridge, tv. The bathroom was clean however there was no soap & I wasn’t offered a towel till my second night. The WiFi is spotty but it does work, the pool is clean and there’s a restaurant next door - very convenient. Soraida and Sammy took care of me, they are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my stay very worth it, they showed me around, drove me places and even took me snorkeling. Overall I would give the property 4/5 because it’s not bad but it could definitely be better. Bring your own soap!!"
