"Overall met expectations. AC is not centralized, but 3 separate window units that the fan ran continuously even when temperature not set as low. No on-site laundry. Fridge had freezer burn rolls left inside that had odor, small amount of leaf debris. Access to cleaning supplies kind. Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids. I have a disabled child who is sensitive to noise and am accustomed to...

"The only awesome thing about the stay was the younger maintenance guy and the young lady I think they are husband and wife but that man was working his butt off constantly as was the lady they definitely where what brought light to that place they definitely are to good to be working there im in construction and I work hard but that guy from sun up to sun down and very helpful and im sure if his wife and him owned that place it would be 5 star plus that is the only nice thing about that place...
