DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA don’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions.

-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.
-This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

Nice places are not cheap and cheap places are not nice. Think about it. That’s why we have so many positive reviews. Conroe area home, corporate living, close to shopping, the city, Porter, Houston, Humble, Woodlands, parks. The kitchen is fully equipped, good for couples, businesses, and families. Short term and long term available. Not available for any type of party. Plenty of parking spaces. The Property has everything, all you need is food and your clothes.

Cajun L.O.V.E. (Ladies on Vacation Enjoying)

The pictures do not give this place justice. It is a beautiful property. It does need a lil TLC, but overall it is an awesome place to stay. There are 6 bedrooms with plenty of beds. Many of the basics (shampoo, dish detergent, conditioner, soap, washing pods, lots of towels) are provided. The beds are comfortable. The inside maintenance was superb, but the outside maintenance needed some care. There is minimal parking. The pool was dirty and the grass needed to be cut. The pool liner is starting to fall in areas and spiders are nesting in the behind the liner. There are ant piles in the back yard. I was very worried about the rules, but we had no issues. Overall it was a great place to stay. Just needed a lil TLC outside.

Our stay

The house was great for the number of people we had. Plenty of beds and large rooms. That said, I wish the kitchen was better stocked. We were there a week and didn’t want to cook out every day. However they had no cookie sheets and 1 small (tiny) cutting board for example. Zero kitchen spices, so be sure to bring your own salt and pepper. They provide hand soap but we ended up buying hand soap for multiple bathrooms bc the soap provided didn’t get anything clean. Would consider staying again but would be much more prepared. .

Great location to our other meetings- not enough parking for the cars, too much fragrance on sheets and towels- dryer full of towels that were not put away by cleaning staff- we didn’t put them away for them- no blower dryer as stated on the amenities and no soap or body wash -

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at this house in 2 years. The house is great and provides everything our group needed. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a great house in a great neighborhood!

The property was ok, nothing special. The pictures don't let you know that the house is kind of a maze and does not have an open easy flow. Unfortunately when I adjusted the dates of my stay by one day, someone failed to update the cleaning service so we arrived to a dirty house with all of the beds unmade, sheets on the floor in the kitchen and a pee pad for a dog left on the floor. The person I contacted to remedy the situation suggested that I had entered the home too early according to their calendar and proceeded to send me a picture of the calendar. I sent him my reservation with the changed dates. He did send someone to clean the home which I appreciated, but we had to go somewhere else instead of getting settled into the home as we had planned. The bottom stairs are tripping hazards and one of my family members did trip and fall. Overall, we had a bed to sleep in and we did enjoy the pool but I would not choose to stay here again.

Beds for everyone! There we're 5 kids in this group and they all really love saying under one roof so this was perfect for everyone! Great location, spacious house so you don't feel like you're on top of eachother.

Awesome Property!

This house was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed here. We had plenty of room, the A/C worked very well, and the pool was great. When we go back to Conroe in the future, I will try to stay here again.

Wonderful

Everything was wonderful! The house was exceptionally clean, everything with the pictures were update and accurate! We had soo much fun it was spacious and accommodated everyone! Only thing was the WiFi was the only issue but after I spoke To the host everything was fine! If we ever come back I wouldnt Mind staying again

Disappointing

For the amount of money we spent on this week long rental, I definitely expected more. Upon check in, the cleaning staff was still there as a result of the prior party leaving late. I already knew that we would not have a thorough cleaning of the house in such short amount of time. There was only one person there to clean, so it was physically impossible with a house that size. She asked us to finish up some laundry that was still washing and drying- no biggie but still! The fridge had old drinks in it, the iron didn't work, the grill was filthy, and some bathrooms had dirty rugs and were not stocked properly with soap and tissue. The biggest concerns for us were some of the safety issues, for example: there isn't adequate separation between the pool and patio making it easily accessible to small children and there were no markings notating the pool depth ( 8 feet fyi). We had small children with us and this made us very uncomfortable. Also, the door in the owners suite did not have a functional lock on the handle (it did have a lock at the top like hotels) but any gust of wind left a gap for bugs to enter. Speaking of bugs...we saw a lot, in the house! We paid almost 4k for this house for a week and felt as though many of these things SHOULD NOT have been an issue for that type of money.

Great stay

I stayed at this home for 4 nights and my family and I loved it. This home is spacious and has everything you need to feel like home. My favorites was the pool, bath tub and showers, garage as well as the kitchen.

The owner Tony was very rude and f

When trying to communicate with the Owner Tony he was very rude after he found out I was a black female. He wanted to cancel my reservation the day before when I told him I would have a few more guests than I expected! He was very rude and disrespectful If it hadn’t of been a last minute reservation I would have canceled and found something else. When arriving to the house the grass wasn’t cut and when we walked inside it smelled like a dog had been inside. We made the best of it for my son!

Definitely would stay again!

This house was amazing! More rooms than we needed for my family of 5 but we loved having the extra space. The pool and back yard were a huge plus, we spent most of our time out there. Next trip to Texas and we would definitely boo it again.

Great for large families

This was a very clean property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The swimming pool was a hit with the younger ones. Nice neighborhood setting and conveniently located.
