"The home was clean and comfortable for our stay. We spent a lot of time exploring the region, so we didn't spend much time in the home. However, there were just a few items that we would suggest for safety reasons: a safety bar in the bathtub and a non-slip mat or something similar at the bottom of the tub. Some of the stones on the front path from the drive are loose. The people who were in the upstairs apartment had a dog which we saw with them on the patio and also heard bark one night...

"The cabin is awesome. Surrounded by forrest you feel like youre the only person in the world. What's even cooler is its off grid but you dont miss a thing. Lights. Music. Bathroom. There were even a couple board games. Outside fire ready to go. Exactly what I was looking for."

All the beds were very comfortable and the kids used the sofa bed and airbed in the family room and were very happy with it. "We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!"
