Spacious Apartment in Coniston by LetMeStay
Summary:
High Wythow is a stylish newly refurbished first floor apartment located in the popular Lake District Village of Coniston. Famous for the creative John Ruskin, its dramatic mines dating to Jacobean times as well the infamous Old Man of Coniston, namely one of the Lake District's most striking peaks.
Located right in the centre of the Village, High Wythow is located within easy access of the village itself as well as the Lake Shore.
The Space:
A Superb 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property completed in July 2021, the property has been creatively designed to provide ample space for couples and families alike.
The property features two kings sized bedrooms (one with fabulous views) with one bedroom which is able to be split to make two small singles as long as requested in advance of your arrival.
A delightful lounge with Sky Tv and feature fireplace provides a great place to relax and put your feet up after a day on the fells. The open plan kitchen dining space with its dual entrance in tones of white and deep grey is a really welcoming space whether for a hearty breakfast, easy takeaway or a restaurant inspired meal.
The family bathroom is a bright and modern space which has both a bath with shower over plus a large vanity sink unit with mirror above.
Guest Access:
Guests have use of the whole property throughout their stay.
A Contactless check-in is available with access via the communal staircase for the two apartments within the building.
The Neighborhood:
The Charming Village of Coniston is on your doorstep as well as the popular towns and villages of Hawkshead, Ambleside, Windermere & Bowness-on-Windermere only a short distance away.
On Street Parking available - subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Getting Around:
The property is ideally located to explore the mighty fells that surround Coniston, A bus service runs between Hawkshead and Ambleside but if you wish to explore further afield a car is recommended
Other Things to Note:
The property is dog friendly for 1 well behaved pet which must not be left in the property unattended or on the furniture, there is an £15 additional charge per stay. Any damages to the property guests will be liable to pay for.
Interaction with Guests:
We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.
We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.
