Apartment 'Mayo 1' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in the popular Cádiz holiday region, Mayo 1 is on the ground floor of Villa Mayo, which houses 5 apartments in total. The apartment features a living room with fireplace, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a 1.50 m double bed, the other with bunk beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.



Outside, a private covered terrace with furniture invites you to relax in the afternoons. All guests have access to a pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, shared with the other 4 apartments. The owners rent the other apartments exclusively to couples and families and place great importance on house rules, so you won’t have to worry about noisy youth groups or pool parties. From November to May, the pool is for your exclusive use.



Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a short drive away. The nearest beach, in a small, quiet bay, is 1.7 km or a 6-minute drive. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available on the property. Please note that during your stay, government water regulations may apply, possibly affecting pool use, garden irrigation, or tap water availability.



Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests may use the property’s facilities.
