"Heating system is so noisy "

"Nothing to complain about really. Were I being really picky I would say more fruit choices than apples at breakfast would make it better. They have an excellent waffle and toast bar and the potatos and eggs were nicely done and freshly cooked. We enjoyed the pool which was just right for our kids. They provide shuttle service to the airport so you can take the metro to DC. I didn't rent a car so it leaves you with over eats or something to get food from the area. Lots of choices there, I wouldn't say some of the restaurants are great but it's nothing to do with the hotel. They also have an all day coffee bar. I would stay here again and recommend it."

"Everything about this hotel was great except, you have to request room service and are only eligible after the 3rd day and had to request 24 hrs in advance. This info was not explained upon arrival for a 5 night stay. The information is written somewhere in the room. Needless to say, my room was not serviced the whole time. I emptied my own trash in the halls and got fresh towels from the desk on day 4 when I realized my error. Recommendation is that after 3 nights the room is automatically cleaned unless customer requests it not to be. I loved everything else, but this definitely affected my stay."

"House staff didn't come in to refresh towels and make up beds. Didn't know that they didn't do this daily. Front desk was friendly on check in. Kitchen staff was just going thru the motions. overall condition of floors and carpets look as if they need a good cleaning. carpets in lobby, hallways and the couch in lobby were very dirty. much dirtier than 6 months ago when we stayed."

"Mountain View was perfect. The shade would not pull down or wasn’t supposed according to the woman at the desk. It was so light in our room so we couldn’t sleep. The shower was very nice and safe but the main floor slippery. "

"Very clean and amazing staff. Would have liked a microwave in our room. Keynote when using a CC through expedia and using a different card at the counter. Some how they try to charge both after checking in. Neither party excepts responsibility so check your account after leaving. "
