The studio had no name written on it outside. We arrived at night and just had to guess where it was. Th place was definitely clean. But there was nothing to welcome us. No tea bags, no coffee, no wine, nothing. Normally those things are there when we rent a place. The sofa bed was good. But the bedding was insufficient. The small bed was terrible, with hard springs hurting my back. We mentioned it but the bed was not replaced. The shower was good, but the water didn't go down the drain. The gas had been switched off, and not knowing how it worked, we preferred not to touch the gas cylinder. The tube under the sink was leaking. There was no reading lamp, no scissors, no cutting knives. All these problems were solved rather quickly after we mentioned them, but it did mean we couldn't relax into our holidays until the third day. We had to pick up extra bedding ourselves at their office. If they had checked all these things before our arrival, we would have had a much better time.
