"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"I selected this venue for a bit more luxury and it was a lovely apartment. They did daily cleans but that was all. Came with a bathroom, bedroom (double bed), living room and a connected kitchen and dining space. The armchairs is the star of the apartment with the netflix TV. Kitchen was very small and would say not for more than 1 person at a time. Also came with a washing machine but no dryer. My bed sheets, I had to question if they were new sheets or pillow cases. I only say this due to one of my pillow cases having some black marks. I didn't use that side of the bed but when I checked them near the end of my stay, that worried me and I thought potentially sheets or on this occasion not all the pillow cases had been changed. Safety, the gate would be left open during the day as well as the building doors which would allow strangers to enter the premise. They only seemed to be closed at night. Tram and train station closeby and loads to food options too."
