"Overall, these accommodations work very well for solo travelers. The location is excellent. The flat and the rooms are very welcoming and have had a lot of extra thought and detail that went into making them nice as well as functional. Having an in room ironing board and a personal mini fridge was better than the nicer hotels I previously stayed at Only a few negative things worth mentioning. First, the check in process was not as easy as it should’ve been, mostly with getting in the street...

"We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"Chambre spacieuse, très propre avec un petit frigo d appoint. Très appréciable .Un point d eau serait peut être une idée comme un lave main, un petit lavabo dans la chambre. Espace commun agréable.Proche du métro a 5mn a pied. Possibilité d aller a pied jusqu'au stade bernabeu, environ 30 a 40 mn a pied.Échanges et communication très fluide et rapide avec le propriétaire."
