"The hosts was very welcoming. They even provided a Christmas tree like we asked for. Our family had a wonderful time. Its such a nice place. Everything you need to have a great vacation! "

"Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"We had booked another place and ended up double booked so needed to find something pretty quickly for our graduation company. I cannot say enough nice tjings about how our stay went. The hostess was super quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was very clean and plenty of space for our crew. I would highly recommend staying here and will use again in the future. Outstanding hospitality"

"Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

"My family of four recently spent four nights here and we were completely satisfied. We found everything to be exactly as advertised and we felt right at home. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host always responded quickly when we had any questions and provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely consider it again for our future stays in Athens."

"Great spot, quiet and clean. Would stay here again"

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage as we awaited closing on our new home in Georgia. The accommodations were clean and every detail was carefully curated. It was quiet, relaxing and we enjoyed seeing the deer stroll through the property each day. The host was very quick in responding to any questions we had and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cottage to other travelers. We especially loved the fresh eggs in the refrigerator and chocolate chip cookies from the local farm stand. You’re...

"The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back!"

"Located in a cool little area. My texts were replied to quickly which I appreciated. Instructions to find was spot on all the way to the front door!"
