The property look very nice. Our room was mostly clean. There were some dead bugs behind the door & in the doorway. The shower head needs replaced, the tub mat needs to be removed! I was uncomfortable standing on it when I showered. It became slippery as I shampooed my hair & washed. Also, the thought of everyone else who stayed there using it, there were concerns about getting athletes foot from standing on the same mat. I'm not sure how a tub mat can be sanitized enough to be safe. Also, I booked online, deciding to book an accessible room because it was on the ground floor. We have an 8 pound little Maltese, which is considered a hypoallergenic dog, and I didn't see anywhere to add a dog to the room online or I would have. When we arrived we were told we couldn't have that room since we have a pet, stating that some people have allergies to dogs. In looking at the amenities it said "Pet Friendly" with a $20 fee. I wasn't aware that it was pet friendly for only some rooms. We were offered a room with 2 double beds on the ground floor, which is not what we booked. The person checking us in was nice about it and did end up finding us a king room, which just opened up and we could have the dog in that room. With having said all that, we would stay there again. The friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to accommodate us was much appreciated!

The entire staff were amazing. So, friendly and helpful. They were accommodating and appreciative of our business. And when we went to check into our second room for the second night, they remembered us and our health issues that lead us to them. They realized something was off in the smell/air of the room, and before they let us check into the room, they had an ozone machine in the room making it safe for us. I cannot tell them thank you enough!

Only feedback is our experience on the first night of our stay…we were awoken at 3 am to a man who was very loud and most likely intoxicated. He was hanging out in the front of the building and was disruptive for at least 20 min or so yelling and calling out. Eventually it stopped and we were able to go back to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling for work and experienced multiple issues that were not adequately addressed. The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. The first night was disrupted by significant noise from the room above, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very limited. The English muffins were stale, fruit options were only apples, and overall selection was minimal. Coffee and bagels were acceptable. The second night, my in-room television was not working (power on but no display). At the front desk, I was initially told it was the remote despite clear evidence otherwise. The issue was later confirmed to be the TV itself. At the same time, a neighboring room had an extremely loud television that was clearly audible in my room and the far down the hallway. I reported the issue but no action was taken. I was told a room change was not possible due to my early checkout the next morning. No alternative solution was offered. Due to the noise and lack of resolution, I was unable to rest properly and spent several hours in my vehicle during the night seeking quiet. While maintenance issues can occur, the lack of response and inability to resolve basic comfort concerns was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone needing reliable rest.

Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.
