"Room was spotless. Staff was extremely courteous. Many amenities. Three pools, 2 beach areas (including one adult beach area). Several bars and restaurants to choose from. Was first Class. Plus it is in a great location."

Food and drinks at the bar were delicious. Hotel over all was a peacful atmosphere with lots of cozy places to lounge. Ample parking in the back for rental cars."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Condado Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff is incredibly welcoming. At check-in, we experienced an issue with our room, but Daisy at the front desk and the manager, Jose, handled it promptly and made sure we were completely taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

"We are ready for a repeat performance. I am a Hilton Honors Members and have stayed at many Hiltons, but the Caribe Hilton was like coming home. Of course, I wasn't wild about the check in, but the staff were the best. The best mofongo in PR at Lola's Restaurant. The best service.The grounds were well kept and we always felt safe at any time of day. The location to Conando Beach was ideal and you will not believe this but you can walk to Old San Juan in 30 minutes. We had a great experience and we are planning a return"

"It started with a great welcome and the shot of coquito. The room was fabulous! Two- California's King size beds, refrigerator, microwave, full size couch. The breakfast bar had excellent choices. Made to order eggs or omelets, yogurt and fruit and other options. It was spacious and clean. It exceeded all my expectations. The shower was exhilarating ! The water pressure was great!! The areas the water came out of were awesome ! I will let all my friends know this outstanding Boutique ! I can’t wait to try spa services next time."
