"We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, well maintained, and felt very solid and comfortable. It has an very open layout that was perfect for our family to spend time together. (I would note that because of the open floor plan, it’s probably best suited for families or groups who don’t need a lot of privacy.)The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They do live in the basement, but after introducing themselves when we arrived, they gave us plenty of space and were completely respectful of our privacy. We hardly noticed they were there, but it was nice knowing they were available if we needed anything.Everything in the house worked perfectly, and the location is excellent for enjoying the trails. Highly recommend, and would stay here again!"
"We loved our stay at Pheasant Run!! The host Teri was so great with communication, and the space was perfect!!!! Hidden little gem!! We have family in the same area and this is where we will stay from now on when we come to town!!! The price and everything is perfect!!!! Thank you Teri"
Spacious lodge viewing the Big Rock Candy Mountain
10/10 Excellent
"We had planned our family reunion months ago and just happened to be coming down when there was the huge Cottonwood fire not too far away. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping contact with us in the day leading up to the trip, and letting us know about potential power outages (which didn’t happen). She was so open and friendly and just made our stay so easy even with the unsurety of everything that was happening with the fire. Because of some power outages, the house wasn’t quite as clean as Lisa expected it to be, but it was still perfect for our group. The house was great for our reunion! We enjoyed the big gathering area and the kids loved the play areas. We had fun outside and had everything we needed. It was a great place tucked away and we really enjoyed our stay!"
Beautiful Monroe Home on Paiute trail by Mystic Hot Springs ATV, flyers landing
8/10 Good
"This was a nice size, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and beautiful yard and patio space. We appreciated the large dining room table, the neat and abundant closet space, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The views alone were enough to have me ready to move to Utah.It was more dusty than we would've expected and the sinks and showers did not drain well. We also struggled with the tiny freezer space as we had lots of frozen food at this point in our roadtrip."
10 Bedrooms, 12 Bathrooms, 1985 Rustic Lodge located in the Sevier Valley.
10/10 Excellent
"Teri is a great host! She responded immediately to any questions. The lodge has the greatest of great rooms, very large and spacious. The backyard and pond provided a wonderful view of the mountains. We enjoyed lounging in the shade and watching the children paddle in the pond. My family, children and all, give it a huge thumbs up! We would definitely reserve again."
"The cabin was amazing, the hosts were friendly, on top of everything and a true pleasure to work with. I would strongly suggest this as a family getaway for anyone."
