"This is a gem of a hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Roma Termini—all within a maximum of 15-20 minutes on foot. However, if you have luggage, it’s better to take a taxi to the train station. We walked a few times for day trips, and the walk was about 15 minutes at most. As for the hotel, the staff was very attentive, polite, and courteous. The breakfast crew was always kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. I would 100% recommend this place; we were very satisfied with our stay. "

"We were happy with our stay. The rooms are so beautiful and make you feel like you’re in an art museum. Rooms are hand painted. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are good. The bathroom shower is small but we expected that going in. Water didn’t stay hot for long but it wasn’t the end of the world for us. We like to sleep cold and there is no air conditioning that was available so we slept with the huge beautiful windows open. Keep in mind you are on a popular street so bring ear plugs if you sleep with the window open. Overall it was a good stay. Make sure you learn how to open the gate before the owner leaves for the day. They leave around 6pm and you must learn how to navigate getting in and out of the building or you won’t be able to get back in after they leave. Luckily we had another guest help us figure this out as there was a language barrier. You are close to many things at this location including the train station (only a few blocks away)"

"This hotel has such a great location. We walked to so many historical places. The hotel is older but very nice, we felt like we stayed in Rome, not a commercial motel off the freeway. Two thumbs up !!"

Lovely breakfast, large windows , comfortable beds, nice quality linens, huge and wonderful bathrooms. But best of all great security, wonderfully helpful staff, and an excellent location. My only hotel for Rome! "

"Hotel was very clean and staff were top class. Hotel is situated in a good location close to Rome Termini rail station which is great for travelling to other destinations. Staff were polite and helpful . Would stay here again."
