"This was our 4th year staying at this property. We love the location, as it’s close to all of the things we want to do. The home has so much room for us to spread out in. We were so happy to stay here again and look forward to next year."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were only about 20 minutes to downtown Birmingham. Great little place for a quick get away. Thank you!"

"The place was clean and comfortable and only 6 minutes from our family. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return."

"I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests."

"Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host."

"The location was great and everything was clean and as expected."

"The surrounding properties were scary! Didn’t get out of my car."

"Pictures matched actual place."

"A beautiful, secure spot in a great location. Everything was clean, well decorated, comfy. The light and airy feeling of the tall ceilings and large windows. The king bed was comfortable and dressed with quality linens with matter a lot. Would love to stay here again. This is the second property we’ve stayed with Porchlit and it has been a smooth and easy stay at a great value for the money without compromising quality. Can’t say enough nice things about this rental company, and that’s rare. ...

"Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if...

"The host was very accommodating to our requests. Room was great and as described. Quiet setting close to everything. Definitely highly recommend if you are in downtown Birmingham. Close to UAB for convenience."
