"This hotel was great! The restaurant food was delicious! I really liked having to use your key card to get up the elevator, they make sure people thst dont stay there are not wondering the floors. It doesnt get dark till around 9pm and the room shades made sure the room was dark and made it easy for us to sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting ohio."

"The property was conveniently located, clean, and in a safe area. It was located near I-270; so it was loud at night. The room cleaning staff was disappointing. They were not thorough. They did not replace used items, etc. That being said, we would stay there again. The coffee pot was not cleaned.....and we didn't even use it."

"Really nice hotel in downtown Columbus. It was clean, well kept, and updated. The staff seemed really nice and helpful. I can't speak to the amenities, as we came late, slept, and left first thing in the morning, but I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I had an issue with was the parking. I should have checked what the parking situation was like before booking. You can valet for $50, or park at a garage a ways away for $25. We left something in our car and it was a hike to get there and back to the room. Other than that we have no complaints."
