"This is my second time staying here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store they have is adorable. If I could, I would buy everything in it. The views are amazing. Had my morning coffee everyday looking at the beautiful trees and river. Will definitely be back soon."

"The location of the house was wonderful if you are looking to vacation in a quiet quaint little town. You have beautiful views of the fishing boats in the harbor and are not far from the local Schoodic section of Acadia."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home on the pond. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we were hoping for. We enjoyed using the kayaks, relaxing by the firepit, and spending time out on the deck taking in the incredible surroundings. One night we even saw a shooting star from the deck, which made the stay feel extra special. The home and setting were perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again. Such a wonderful part of our Maine trip!"

"Great little cabin on a big pond. More hummingbirds than I've ever seen at the feeders. Loons. Beautiful stars. Clean cabin, comfy beds, lovely outside area. Nice breezes off the lake. Treats to greet us. And a fabulous place to be. You can walk to Schoodic mountain, and explore other ponds and lakes in the area, not to mention the breathtaking coast."

"Was everything we expected it would be . Cute little cottage . Having the screened in porch was great to sit out with our dogs. Quiet little area , was very much needed. Had everything I needed to cook with. Enjoyed watching the harbor activity as well. What hard workers these fisherman getting out so early . Lobster was delicious. Thank you again for sharing this little cottage by the Sea "

"This was the perfect rental for our family reunion. We had 17 people stay comfortably at this property. You could definitely house more! The great benefit is the bathrooms and showers. There is a bathroom in each room which was a selling point with so many people. Industrial kitchen, coffee pot and toaster were used regularly as well as the 3 refrigerators. There is a smaller 4th fridge for drinks if you need it. We like the calmness of the area. We traveled to the main entrance of Acadia and decided we preferred the less chaotic Schoodic side of Acadia which is right near this house. Schoodic Point is 5 minutes. Bonus is that this property has great trails to hike within the property. Ben was a fabulous host. I would stay again."

"Quiet, very clean and cozy! We enjoyed our stay very much and those beautiful sunsets along Schoodic loop and point, Acadia North National Park, near Birch Harbor. Bar Harbor and Acadia Main Entrance a 50 min scenic drive with lots of local restaurants along the way, Excellent!!"
