"We stayed for 3 nights, we never had our room cleaned. We had to call down for towels after the first night, we were told they had a lot out guests that’s why the rooms weren’t cleaned seemed like a strange excuse. then the second night we came back to the room after going out all day and again it was cleaned. We went down to talk to front desk they said the manager wasnt there and because we booked through Expedia there wasn’t anything they could do. This was the second time we stayed there it was disappointing. The rooms are nice, and the grounds are beautiful; it’s a shame they don’t care about customer service, and cleaning rooms daily. I make my bed everyday at home I would expect the same at a hotel that I am paying for. I don’t expect new sheets, but making the bed, vacuum the rooms; empty the garage etc…and the disregard of our complaints because of how we booked it terrible; it’s shouldn’t matter."
