"The room was very clean. Could have used some air freshener instead of pine-Sol cleaning. Only had one washcloth and towels needed possibly be updated because when you use them you would have the little pieces of towel breaking off onto your body. Other than that it was good."

"It was real quiet, room and bed were small , but I loved the bathroom, especially having a son with one leg they had a built in seat for the handicap. And the showerhead was moveable. Otherwise a great stay for the price."

"This isn't a safe place at all. Homeless camp next door people walking in and out. Constant disturbance by other guests. Maintence not keeping up with minimal issues. We had a plugged toilet for 1 week. We went and purchased a plunger because we couldnt get the front desk to acknowledge our work order. No maid service unless requested. Will keep deposit for any reason they feel. There needs to be more vigilance regarding dog policy such as leashes at all times and pick up poop! "

"The double room was so small for 2 beds I'm glad we only went for the night. Hotel room flooring was dirty and sticky. Neither ice machine worked so we couldn't keep drinks cold. Bedside lights weren't even the same color - one was a newer white light and the other was still yellow. The worst part was that there was never 1 employee on site. When we checked in at 4:30pm, the front office was closed and there was only a check in kiosk with an overseas representative. the person in the kiosk told...

"The staff was very helpful. We had a mold smell in the bathroom and so they quickly moved us to a new room. All the ice machines were not working which was an inconvenience."

"I asked for a smoking room, so I could smoke a bowl of my prescribed med, was told the non-smoking rooms were "nicer" but I needed a smoking room. BIG mistake. The floors were dirty, the coverlet AND blanket had holes burned in them, there were small dead roaches on the floor, as well as 2 that I killed...
