"The location is the reason we go. But the property was really not being maintained. The wifi never worked, the hot tubs are just sitting with old water in them and are really a safety hazard with children. The bathroom was very dirty and covered with mold. The shower door would not fully close so water just poured in the floor. I made these things known to the staff and was just told they would let someone know. Disappointing experience at a place we’ve previously enjoyed. "

"The host couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with, the self check-in was a breeze. The RV was set on a pretty piece of property that was mostly private. Large covered patio with comfortable chairs supplied. The inside was welcoming, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. We hope to visit for our anniversary next year. Oh, we even saw a white peacock which was very special and felt magical. "

"The space is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The deck looks directly into trees and provides an excellent opportunity to decompress. There are chickens and goats on the property that are free to roam. Though I enjoyed their company, expect the goats to keep you up at night if they end up liking you as they slept outside my door and got up to move around throughout the night which will interrupt your sleep as their feet and the deck create noise. "Great time for valentine's weekend with the wifey. Perfect getaway with nice accommodations and fishing on the river. We were in route to arrive a little early and Andy allowed us to check in when we got there which was about an hour early so we were greatful for that but then we were trying to get the tv to work and it wouldn't. Andy came right over and tried to resolve the issue but we finally figured out it was not working because we were early and it runs on actual check in time so it will...
