Easy Street Retreat

This is a shared home between me and my son it’s lived in, loved, and constantly being upgraded. While it’s not a perfect hotel, I do my best to keep things fresh, comfortable, and clean. I have a professional cleaner who comes weekly, and I’m always working on making the space better for guests and family alike. It’s a down-to-earth place with heart, and I hope you feel right at home.

Communication with host was a breeze. Host communicated that cleaner had an emergency and to let her know if there were any issues.Host was very up front about the age of the house and any current renovations in progress. I found the house to be comfy, cozy, and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The house looked nice inside. The beds and seating were comfortable. There was trash left on the porch from the last people for both days of our stay. There were 2 towels for 6 people to use and the floors made our feet black from being dirty. Overall not bad for the price though.

Would not stay at this property again. We were charge for a satin comforter and satin sheets that apparently were destroyed during our stay. Never saw any pictures or receipt for this damage. There was some fraying of the comforter when we were there, but damaged was claimed to be a hole from one end to the other. I believe the damage was done when the bedding was washed, but i have no proof of this. The bed consisted of two pieces of foam as the matteress. Had to go buy an attena for the TV to work. TV in kitchen didnt even have any cords so was not in working order. Not the best neighborhood. Inside of house was ok. Had an upper level not for use...had piles of clothes on the floor. Place had been remodeled but only about 3/4 up the walls. No shampoo provided as mentioned in the ammenties . Other ammenties were present. Outside entertainment area was kind of run down. Cushions smelled and melted marshmellows on the ground. Air conditioner worked well. No front door key...a bit hard to manuver the gate on the side at night. Two doorway entries that had raised floors and were a tripping hazzard. Host was prompt with responses.
