"Love this property!!!! Everything about my room was perfect and personalized. From the welcome message on the TV and IPad to the soft wakeup call, I loved it all. The rooftop pool was beautiful, sparkling clean and the cabanas made me want to spend the whole day at the pool. The staff was amazing, informative and helpful. Trader Joe’s is around the corner, the movie theater is across the street and the rooftop movie is right next door. Lincoln Rd Mall is across the street so there’s an endless variety of restaurant options. The only thing is that the beach is a 25 minute walk and none of the excursions will pick you up from the hotel. I would recommend this property and I would definitely stay there again!!!!!"

"We love the long pool at this hotel. But months after we made our reservation and shortly before our trip we got a message saying that they were using the pool for a music festival for two days of our stay and it would not be open to guests. And then they had the effrontery to charge us the resort fee for those days. Really disappointing treatment with no thought to accommodate the guests and I doubt we will stay there again. "
