"Premium hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet, helpful staff, and proximity to restaurants and public transportation. A bit noisy but thats to be expected in a center city hotel. Mattress was a bit soft and not super comfy but thats the only negative."

"It smelled great in the hallways and in the room. Check in was quick and welcoming. The look of the hotel was colorful and clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the mini fridge and assortment of teas to make in the morning. We would stay here again. "

"The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!"

"To be honest I have no complain about my stay, the hotel was on La Gran Via, close to everything, and the staff and room were phenomenal. Special thanks to Ivan, the security guard of the hotel(El boricua salsero), he was super helpful and awsome with us, very friendly and informative, bless his heart."
