"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast staff were especially friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel was clean and well kept.
The only disappointment was the dining options. The bar had a very limited food menu, and the dinner options at the hotel were not up to standard, with very little variety.
The biggest advantage is the location, with Multiplaza Mall right next door, offering excellent shopping, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance."
