"Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms bathroom very dirty, mould everywhere, water flow very slow. No bar fridge, rooms are very small, bed 🛏️ were making squeeze noises. Not recommended"

"Staff were nice but we're not very clear about instructions. They wanted to know as we were walking"

Also, beware in my room and my friend’s room, there was some mould on the shower grout (it’s all tiled). Additionally, (mine was fine) but my friend’s mini fridge in her room was not...

"Rooms were clean and okay sized for the price. Buffet breakfast had many options and the views were fantastic. The main annoying aspect was the lifts - the building has too many floors to be serviced by 4 lifts. It was quite difficult at times to get up and down. My feedback would be to adjust the lifts so they're dedicated to specific set of floors"
